Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Bikinis: Due to hygiene reasons, bikinis are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Denim: Denim items are non-returnable if they have been worn or washed.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
